What an incredible two weeks in a rural retreat beyond perfect.

As soon as we entered the house we felt at home. Not only is it beautifully equipped, lovely to look at but it has a sense of home from home that immediately makes you comfortable.

Every attention to detail has been considered, from lovely soaps, toiletries and bath robes as well as the cleanliness and pretty furnishings.

The area is a pleasure to explore and find gorgeous medieval villages steeped in charm and the incredible views of hills, rocks and rivers along the winding roads are simply breathtaking.

All this said it is Sarah and her wonderful family that makes this place truly special from the home made treats, to their warmth and totally welcoming nature. It has been an absolute pleasure getting to know each and every one of you. Be proud of your achievement.

A second very enjoyable stay! We have been thoroughly spoilt by Sarah and the family and have been supplied with delicious home-made treats and vegetables. We have felt very relaxed and contented in such a peaceful and comfortable place. See you again next year!

What a brilliant week we have had at Le bouyssou. Beautiful house, lovely gardens and superb peaceful setting. The kids have absolutely loved the outdoor facilities (pirate ship, wagon, swings, the list goes on . . .). The salt water pool is a real treat.

We really appreciated all of the fresh vegetables (best tomatoes we have ever tasted), fruits and cake of course and the children loved going to get the eggs.

Overall, an extremely special holiday house, which is head and shoulders above any others we have stayed in - a beaut!

We especially appreciated the little touches and thoughfulness of the hosts. We are already thinking about how to return!

Thank you for such a wonderful holiday! This is a wonderful home from home and your thoughtfulness made travelling with a toddler so much easier! All the toys, baby quipment and shopping service meant that you packing was light than it would have been otherwise.

All of the extra touches made it particularly special - the home made cooked food was delicious, thank you! Pippa loved it here: spotting birds and lizards, splashing in the pool and playing in the sandpit. We will definitely recommend it to friends and we will come back soon! Thank you.

I know that in this Visitors Book and previous ones - the word lovely is used a lot but I am going to get some more mileage out of it here: you are all lovely, Le bouyssou is lovely, the Lot area is lovely and the kids could not think Millie any lovelier!

W had no idea that a place like this existed!

Your hard work and dedication certainly shows in all of the little touches - the beautiful interior, fantastic play area and lovely swimming pool made our holiday so special and your warm welcome and generous hospitality throughout the week were amazing.

Thank you for the yummy pizza, best cake we have ever had, the dips and to Beris for the chucky eggs for Lily!

Lily has had so much fun just exploring the garden and taking her pick of the many toys available. She loved saying good morning to Kaley the bunny each morning.

Lastly we thank you for making our first holiday abroad with our toddler so easy. Everything that we could possibly need was here. We hope to return to Le bouyssou in the not too distant future!
